How to register

Fees

  • Participation requires the advance payment of a registration fee:

What’s included in the registration fee?

Attendance to the conference, book of abstract, coffee breaks, lunch and social dinner.

The fee does NOT include travel, hotel and any other cost you may incur, also in case of cancellation.

All participants should provide for their own accommodation, however special fares are available, please check  the accommodation page to read about this topic.

How to register

Your registration to the conference will only be valid when full payment is received by the Secretariat. You will receive the confirmation exclusively by e-mail, together with the related INVOICE once the payment is received and confirmed by the bank.

If you are an Italian Public Administration (i.e. University) employee and the your Public Administration is paying your fee please fill in this ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM for Italian employees of PA.

For everyone else please register* to the conference filling in the ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM.

*STUDENT REGISTRATION will only be accepted if a copy of a valid student card, an enrollment certification or a letter from the supervisor certifying the status is uploaded in the on-line registration form at the time of the registration.

Accepted payment methods

The payment of the registration fees must be made in Euros only by BANK TRANSFER or by CREDIT CARD.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration.

BY CREDIT CARD

Please fill the ON-LINE REGISTRATION FORM in advance and reach the THANK YOU PAGE. In this page please click on the appropriate FEE and you will be redirected in a secure site for payments. To complete the on-line payment in English just click on the English flag on the top left of the payment page. Follow the instruction for the on-line payment.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

Cancellations must be notified to the Administrative Secretariat by e-mail (convegni@unife.it).

Registration fee will be refunded as follows:

Beforexx-xx-2018 – 80% of the fee will be returned.

After xx-xx-2018 – no refund allowed.

Dates refer to the receipt of the cancellation notice.

Missing participant will not receive the refund.

The Secretariat is not responsible for travel, hotel and other costs incurred by participants in the event of program or registration cancellation.


VERY IMPORTANT: ONLY ITALIAN EMPLOYEES OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION

Vengono considerati tutti coloro che lavorano presso una Pubblica Amministrazione (strutturati, dottorandi, assegnisti, ricercatori, etc…).

Il dipendente pubblico che procederà alla registrazione e per il quale il proprio ente provvederà al pagamento della quota di iscrizione dovrà:

  1. Utilizzare un modulo di registrazione dedicato
  2. Compilare obbligatoriamente tutti i campi indicando gli estremi della persona referente dell’ufficio Amministrativo/Formazione, Codice Univoco o IPA, eventuale CIG e/o CUP
  3. Richiedere l’eventuale esenzione IVA e riportare il numero dell’articolo di Esenzione da riportare in fattura (da chiedere alla propria amministrazione)
  4. Richiedere alla propria amministrazione il Buono d’ordine o l’Ordine di Acquisto o il mandato di pagamento da caricare on-line nel form attraverso l’apposito campo
  5. Fornire i riferimenti del Consorzio Futuro in Ricerca alla persona referente la quale dovrà contattare l’amministrazione per comunicare i dati mancanti necessari all’emissione della FATTURA ELETTRONICA e ricevere l’importo esatto della quota da pagare
  6. Omettere il pagamento, in quanto sarà cura del proprio Ente dopo aver ricevuto la Fattura Elettronica
